I've decided to lock this journal down! ...because I can. So: Oh, right also -- my FL habits:
1) I'll usually add you back if I know you or your journal interests me or just... yeah. Unless you just friend me out of the blue and you're a Russian journal with one userpic and random stuff in your userinfo, then... no. BUT I GENERALLY FRIEND PEOPLE BACK.
2) I read every entry (though sometimes it will be a few days later.) I don't always comment, unless I have something relevant to say. /o/
3) ...I think there was a number three, but I forgot what it was supposed to say. Uh. HI??

so

i thought i was gonna study today. bought cold medicine (i never buy or use cold medicine) with the intentions of "if i'm not feeling like crap i have no excuse not to get shit done"

results:

spent evening fuckin loopy on cold medicine. studying probably not impossible, but implausible, as my attention span is about 1/10th of the already unimpressive amount it is usually.

but i do not feel like crap, at least.

Also, started driving course today, finally. Three more days of theory + ten hours of online training crap and I'm on my way to some actual driving. Yaaay!

today was an upsetting day

...i am. seriously* thinking about moving outta here, but this would also probably fuck over any chance at a higher education i might have, at least for the next little while. ahahahaha. oh god.

thing i'm most pissed about? tomorrow is my day off. now i can't even use work to get outta here.

...i need to stop thinking about this fuck.


*okay, i think i'm serious, but i'm also not the most rational right now so idk.

Been playing EVE Online -- the trial version, anyway -- since yesterday. I suck, suck, suck at MMORPGs, because one of the major points is the social aspect (I feel, anyway...) and I'm horrible at that. I'M JUST HERE TO SHOOT THINGS. But lol, 'too antisocial for MMORPGs' is a sad state to be in.

I like the game, though. Granted, my character looks mildly psychotic despite my best efforts, but the game itself seems way more up to my style than most other MMORPGs I've tried so far. Possibly because I have yet to to be required kill the same fucking monster fifty billion times; I mean, there're boring parts, but then I just go to autopilot and do something else for the ten minutes.

The only thing I'd want is some change in scenery. Looking at dark starry fields of outer space gets grating after a while.

Wrote a TL;DR rant, but:

This is a bad show. It tries for Detective Gregory House, and instead devolves into Detective Creepster McDouchebag, sans House's wit or charm. Horrible.

This is an entertaining show. Also Matt Bomer's eyes are amazing and I need to finish the first season already.

Slept well and woke up in a good mood because-- yaaaay sofa. :3

Progress so far: did laundry & painted my toenails, finished the bottle of kvas and polished off a tin of sprats (it was a two-day effort.) Now I only need to go buy sheets for my new sofa~ and bake a cake for my daddy. I'm a day late, but I didn't anticipate the butter shortage we suffered yesterday.

Also, tag various people.

Maybe I'll finally check out the mall we supposedly have, too. Though they're probably closed by now, anyway.

...I am angsting over going out in short shorts, however. They look more or less okay, but... nnngh I'm not used to baring so much leg. )8

To WhiteStrip or not to WhiteStrip? On one hand, yaaaay whiter teeth. On the other, fuck you, insane tooth sensitivity. I mean, it'll probably work as a diet plan too, since I won't be able to put anything in my mouth for the next month or so.

Also, my store is going to start selling the PS3 and (I think) Xbox. S-save me. Saturday is a big sale, I'm head cashier, and I swear to god, I'll have to leave my wallet at home unless I want to come home with another console.
